For the bride and groom who have planned all the details of their wedding and want a professional wedding coordinator onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to schedule. Our goal is to relieve the unnecessary stress, pressure and anxiety that are an inevitable part of the Wedding Day. Our experienced, Certified Wedding Coordinators can anticipate every possibility to ensure that your day happens exactly as you’ve envisioned.

To accomplish this, we step in about four weeks before the Wedding Day to consult with the couple. We will contact all of the vendors one to two weeks prior to the wedding to confirm your wedding details and to update the contact information to that of your Planner. We work with your Officiant to oversee the rehearsal. All members of the wedding party and key family members will receive personalize itineraries. All of the wedding details with hired vendors will be supervised. Set-up and clean-up of personal wedding items is included.

From inception to execution, we work closely with you both to design an overall style for your wedding. With a plan in place, together we will implement all of the details from invitations and dress selection to menus and seating charts to create a wedding day that reflects your unique style and personal taste. Every aspect of your vision will be considered. Unlimited phone calls and e-mail, as well as timelines, itineraries and schedules will keep you and your party confident and calm. Also included are services provided in the Wedding Coordinator Package which is focused on the Wedding itself, including full access to the legendary RCWE Emergency Kit.
